Shipping policy

Orders take one to two weeks to ship as most of our pieces are made to order. You will receive an email update with tracking information once your orders hips. For domestic orders, please allow three to seven business days for delivery time once the package is in transit. 

Additional information: Once a package has shipped, we have no control over how it is delivered and do not provide refunds for lost or stolen items. if an order arrives damaged, please email us at support@solensia.shop.
